For over 30 years, Jeff has worked with a select group of families and individuals to plan comprehensively and help them meet their most important financial goals. Through a proven planning process, Jeff understands what drives and motivates them in life, working to help them achieve their version of success. He is grateful for the relationships built with clients, and the opportunity to learn about their unique stories, opinions, and perspectives, ultimately guiding the financial experience both for the individual and our team.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Economics from DePauw University in 1989, Jeff opened the Hilliard Lyons’ Martinsville Office and began his career as a Financial Advisor. In addition, he also serves as Branch Manager for the Bloomington and Franklin, Indiana Baird offices.

Outside of work, Jeff is an active member of the Rotary Club and First Presbyterian Church. He and his wife Joy reside in Bloomington, Indiana, and have two grown sons who share his love for jazz and baseball.

Tom joined our team in 2013 after over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. A graduate of Martinsville High School, he later obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Indiana University in 1996. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Tom brings a strong attention to detail and care that informs our investment choices and facilitates your decision-making. Focusing on preservation of client assets and long-term planning, he enjoys constructing portfolios that balance growth opportunities with risk management.

Tom and his son reside in Indianapolis, Indiana. In his free time, Tom enjoys traveling, cycling, and watching Colts’ Football.

Amy began her career in the financial industry over 20 years ago and recently joined Baird in 2022. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, she brings a unique skill set and perspective to deepen client relationships. With a passion for serving others in all aspects of her career and life, Amy leads with compassion, kindness, and care. She is a lifelong learner and teacher with a sincere desire to add value with every interaction. Amy graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance in 2003, and from Marian University with a Master of Arts in Teaching, Elementary Education in 2008.

Amy resides in Greenwood, Indiana with her husband, two daughters, and Great Dane. She enjoys being outdoors – hiking, biking, camping, and running. She is a member of Mount Pleasant Christian Church.

Since 2009, Debbie has diligently served our team and clients with exceptional communication and care. Debbie shows an immense amount of passion for meeting the needs of others. She enjoys the daily interaction with clients and works to ensure they receive the highest level of personalized service. Her ethical standards, integrity, and commitment are unwavering.

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids. She resides in Nineveh, Indiana where you can often find her running with her dogs, working on a house project, or taking a boat ride on the lake.

Jaymee began her career in the financial industry in August of 2015, bringing with her a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. Prior to joining Baird, she worked in the banking industry, where she focused on supporting clients' financial wellness. Her dedication to helping individuals plan for retirement and secure their financial futures sparked a passion for financial planning. Jaymee is committed to assisting those in her community and beyond achieve their dreams through thoughtful and personalized service.

Outside of work, she is an avid traveler where she loves experiencing different local foods with her family. Jaymee resides in Martinsville with her husband Dillon and son Isaiah.
